Terms & Conditions

1. "User", "Customer", or "You" means an individual or entity that accesses or uses the Service.

2. "We", "Us", or "Our" refers to the provider of the Service.

3. "Service" means the Stage0 runtime policy gate platform, including the web app, APIs, documentation, and related tools.

1. You represent that you are at least 18 years old and able to form legally binding contracts.

2. You agree not to use the Service if prohibited by applicable law.

1. You must create an account to access the Service.

2. API keys are used to authenticate calls to runtime checks.

3. API keys are confidential. You are responsible for all usage associated with your keys.

1. The Service is provided "as is" and is intended for pre-execution policy checks.

2. The Service returns decisions (ALLOW, DENY, or DEFER) and does not execute tasks on your behalf.

3. You agree not to reverse-engineer, redistribute, resell, or misuse the Service.

1. The Service may be offered under subscription plans (such as Free, Starter, and Pro).

2. Fees, billing cycles, and renewal terms are described on the Billing page.

3. Subscription fees are non-refundable except as required by law.

4. We may modify pricing with prior notice where required by law.

1. Each plan has usage limits, including monthly checks quota.

2. Excess usage may be throttled or returned with an appropriate error code.

3. We reserve the right to enforce fair use to protect service quality.

1. We process data only as necessary to deliver the Service.

2. Logs, metadata, or request data may be retained for diagnostics, system health, or compliance.

3. We do not use your API request data for training third-party models unless explicitly stated in the Privacy Policy.

1. We retain all rights, title, and interest in the Service and underlying intellectual property.

2. You retain ownership of your inputs, configurations, and generated decisions.

1. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate this Agreement or pose risk to the Service.

2. Termination does not entitle refunds unless legally required.

1. THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS," WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND.

2. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE OPERATION.

1. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OUR LIABILITY IS LIMITED TO DIRECT DAMAGES UP TO THE AMOUNT PAID IN THE PRIOR 12 MONTHS.

2. WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES.

1. You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless against any claims arising from your use of the Service.

1. This Agreement is governed by the laws of Taiwan (R.O.C.).

1. We may modify these Terms & Conditions. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
